WHAT IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If you received a different item from what you purchased or not as described, or if the item arrived damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us as soon as you notice the problem and we will remedy the situation. Any images that you may be able to provide of the damaged product will be helpful. All vinyl orders ship using V01 Whiplash LP Mailers to ensure that your record will arrive safely, without any damages. Purchase with confidence!
HOW DO I REPORT A DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENT?
For international orders, we are committed to providing a fair and efficient resolution for shipments that are damaged in transit or confirmed lost by the carrier.
Replacement copies are available; however, freight charges for replacement shipments are the responsibility of the customer. To help offset this cost, we issue a ten percent discount code that may be used on any item in our store. Once the customer places a new order using the code, we reimburse the freight charge associated with that order. The cost of the additional item effectively offsets the shipping cost of the replacement package. If the combined freight charge exceeds the cost of the new order, we will cover the difference.
Please note that all items leave our facility in inspected condition and are carefully packaged prior to shipment. While we will work with customers to resolve issues involving transit damage or carrier-confirmed loss, international shipping involves factors outside our control, and delivery timelines and carrier performance cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT IF I’D LIKE TO CHANGE MY ORDER THAT’S YET TO SHIP?
If your order has yet to ship, please email us if you would like to change your order. Unshipped orders are only eligible for a refund if the purchase was made in error.
